Rikard's 5 Seconds of Fame

Rikard is a very important and prominent social figure in our community. He's so important that he was chosen to cut the ribbon at the opening ceremony for the new sidewalk leading to the school he and Tatum attend. Oohs and Awws are in order from all grandparents, aunts and uncles.

His only comment about the event was that his hands were cold. You can barely see his eyes and nose sticking out of the hood of his coat.
